The transport took ages, more than 4 months. No details on the mode of transport which was train + trucks while we thought by sea. No tracking of goods until they arrive in Europe. No notification of milestones, you have to ask each time. Very stressful...
There is a backlash of about 20 cm left/right that seems not be adjustable.
The battery is OK with 5 hours of autonomy.
This product should have a rear counter weight for better stability.
